Flight booking change

I needed to change my flight booking, tried to use the whatsapp chatbot which eventually spat out a tel no to call, I was on hold for approx 20 minutes, far too long. Eventually it was answered by Kyle Delcarme who was extremely friendly and efficient. Think Travelstart needs to hire more consultants so calls get answered quickly, especially more consultants such as Kyle.
