Flexible ticket not changeable and no service

After trying to phone, email, whatapp numerous times from numerous numbers to change a flight with a flexible ticket!!! Travelstart can still not assist. Then they message that they called but they clearly didn't - lying on top of shoddy service. This was the last I will ever do with Travelstart - a very very expensive experience. Never again.
