Flexible ticket?

I booked through the Kenya branch flexible tickets from Nairobi to Accra. Their ticket involved going via Kigali on the excellent Rwandair service to Lagos where we changed to a very poor Arik Air flight to Accra. But the Rwandair plane was going to Accra, and the airline could not understand why we were not booked through. Nor do we. When I ask Travelstart on the phone they cant answer.<br> We wish to change the date of our return, hence paying extra for a flexible ticket. We are told all the Arik Air flights from Accra to Lagos are fully booked for the whole of September!!! But flights are available on their web site. And they cant put us on the very same Rwandair plane that leaves Accra and goes via Lagos, even though that longer flight is $10 cheaper!! Sent email to South Africa office, no reply. Don't now know how we will get home to Kenya. Can anyone help?
