Good day, I have just had a wonderful experience dealing with Zandile. It was quite a difficult situation whereby a lady from Thailand whose English was very broken needed to changed her already booked and paid for ticket to Bankok. Zandile was extremely patient and helpful and guided us through all the hoops of confirming cell phone numbers email addresses etc. while I was trying to interpret from Thai to English. We were on the phone for what felt like hours and a very slow process and Zandile got everything 100%, changed the booking, waited for the credit card to clear and reflect and then sent us all the confirmations. She is a credit to your company, I'm super impressed.
