FALSELY advertising reasonably priced flights
TRAVELSTART falsely advertises international flights at a "BETTER" price. As soon as one selects the flight and wants to pay for it the Travelstart website comes back with "Sorry the flight is not available anymore". I can accept it if it happens once or twice, but I have been monitoring flights over the past month (to get a loved one home after being stranded in Shanghai due to Covid-19) and this has been happening for more than a month . If the flight prices are higher, state that on you Web Site. Don't falsely adverse cheaper flight, but in reality those flights are not available. Secondly I have sent an email to Travelstart with absolutely no response from them. Thank you

Our website is a search engine which draws the fares from the various airlines systems according to the search parameters entered by the client. Fares displays depend entirely on the airline seat availability per booking class at the time a search is done. A fare that is available now may not be available in a minute's time as we work off from a live booking system which is available world wide.
In saying the above, this is the overall process of flight availability on our website. If you are able to provide me with some more information, I can perhaps have a better understanding and provide a more in depth explanation for your particular scenario.
