False advertising on Black Friday Deal
Hi I booked bus tickets with Travelstart as part of their Black Friday deals. The website stated R50-R100 bus travel discounts - Auto app**** at checkout. However no discount was app****. I emailed them about it and received no response, on calling them 4 days later to query I was advised that the price was already discounted (which is bogus as this is the normal price on other websites) and that their website wording is incorrect. This is misleading and false advertising!
