False advertising and NO refund
On 18 November 2020 I booked 2 plane tickets via Travelstart from CPT to JHB, return to CPT with Khulula on 30 November 2020. False advertising!!!!
After payment have been made we discovered that Khulula only is going to start to fly on the 1st of Dec 2020. I contacted Khulula call center and was assured that I will be refunded. The lady contacted Travelstart via mail requesting to refund me. I have been corresponding with Travelstart via mail also requesting my refund. To this day NO refund.
I want my money back Travelstart

I would like to make use of the opportunity to provide you with a response on this.
As discussed telephonically , the Refund applications for the booking in questions was done to the airline on the 25th November . This means that we app**** for your refund on this date and now we have to wait for the airline to refund us before we can refund you.
I have followed up with the refunds and finance team who confirmed that your payment should be in the next billing run between the 9 - 15 December. Once the money is in the billing, we will refund you as advised.
I have received the banking details and I have passed this onto the refunds Team for processing.
