False Advertising
They are a bunch of ********! They advertise flights for x amount and as soon as you click to book the flight has magically gone up!

I appreciate the opportunity to comment on our service fee, products fees and credit card fee charged.
Our website is a search engine which draws the best fares from the various airlines systems according to the search parameters entered by the client. For this convenience we do charge a service fee. The fare which the client selects online already includes the service fee and is the price which the client accepts when making the booking via Travelstart. We indicate that the fare includes the service fee in the subtotal and grand total information before and after payment is made.
On the Booking Form page clients are provided with a selection of Optional Extras which has been pre-selected as we believe these offer extra value to the client. These Optional Extras can be deselected in order to bring the Grand Total back down to the quoted fare, taxes and service fee price. Clients are provided the BACK button in order to go back should they wish to deselect any products that have been pre -selected.
Clients also have the opportunity to contact us directly to delete these options should they not be needed and were not deselected during the booking process. The Booking Confirmation email which is sent immediately after the booking is completed online invites clients to contact us if something doesn’t look right with their booking. If a client contacts us to request a refund, we will gladly refund the products within 48hours of the booking being made.
As an online travel agent we do charge an additional admin fee in the event that a credit card payment is done. This fee is only displayed at the payment page as we cannot foretell which payment option the clients will opt for. Clients who prefer not to pay this admin fee can also make use of the EFT or Cash deposit payment options as these do not have an admin fee attached.
