Hi there Mohammed,

I want to firstly start by saying thank you so very much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to write to us, about your experience.

As we do try to be customer centric and although there was a delay I do wish you would accept my apologies. We indeed are always running specials, and yes more often than others as Travelstarts main goal is bringing affordable travel to all. However please bare in mind that all specials are based on availability as the airline has limited seating on the aircraft's. If you need some assistance please dont hesitate to call in or if you need some more information on how the specials work we are here to help.

Yes I do know that but I received your e mail and within 20 seconds I was online and the prices are way out. Secondly you advertise the same thing 3 or 4 days in a row and everyday I try to get the special the price is double. So I disagree as you should not advertise if you cannot give the offer then you blame the airline. I have done many bookings in countless of websites and whatever they advertise you get that special. I have tried on your site more than 20 times yet the prices are way out. So stop your false advertising.

Hi again Mohammed, I did blame the airline merely wanted to express the urgency of securing deals. If you would like I could do a quick search and forward you some of the deals as throughout the day it has been sold

Even I can show you that. I have been booking airline tickets for over 20 years. I know all the ways. All I have seen from you is false advertising. You telling me in over 20 times I have tried and failed every single time. Yet when I use other platforms I succeed. So all I. M asking is stop misleading the public.
