Failed attempts to affect payment

I unsuccessfully battling for more than a week now to pay invoice #ZA_IN_***5 under booking ***. I authorised it with my bankers but nothing went off and it is clearly not paid. I repeated my request to them to sent me a fresh link for the past 7 days without any feedback
