I was struggling to get the dates I wanted on the Travelstart website at the prices I had seen advertised. I know that flights in December are always more expensive but I had hoped for anything cheaper than what I was seeing through my non tech savvy eyes. I then saw the option to ‘book with an expert’. And what a pleasure it was! I got through to someone called Chantel who calmed me down, sorted me out and found me flights at an exceptional rate. I was so impressed with her friendliness and eagerness to help. Travelstart, your ‘experts’ are just that and deserve to be praised for the wonderful service they provide. We use the website for our local work trips as it is quick and easy but every now and again, one just needs a little hand holding from a wonderful travel agent. Thank you again, Chantel – you are an asset to us as travelers and to Travelstart.
