Marcel and Louise from Travelstart South Africa somehow worked through a seriously complicated scenario, which was not created by TravelStart to begin with, and helped me with such kindness. They just kept trying and staying in touch until the matter was sorted. If everyone resolved problems like they did there would be no problems. Wow! I am just blown away by their service.
