Exorbitant Travelstart

Worst flight booking engine according to my experience.

I only wanted to change my flight time and it cost me R649. I will summarise the cost breakdown as follows: -I paid R1200 for my ticket. -I requested a refund and was told that I will only receive R700 back. -Once I confirmed, I was told there is a R100 "Refund Processing Fee". -After confirmation thereof, there was an extra R49 added as a "Processing Fee" for the "Refund Processing Fee".
