Exorbitant fees to change my ticket after pre paying for flight ticket changes.

I bought a return ticket to Europe with travelstart. I took the option of R750 to avoid change ticket feels and I also bought the more exensive ticket available as I was aware I would change my dates. But then the” fun" begins .. I phoned the call centre aroudn 20 times from England. The people answring the phones seem to have no clue what they are doing and you have to wait 24 hours and sometimes longer if it is week-end to get a price. And thats when it gets really interesting. The prices I was quote to change my return date were more than the cost of my original ticket. What is really ridiculous is that you can go on the website and buy a return ticket at the same time for less than what they were charging for one change of oneleg that I had already paid for!!!! Eventually , so that I did not have to email or phone them again , I purchased an entire new return ticket from another website which cost less than their ticket difference fee for the date I needed to travel , thus saving me money and time but I will NEVER again , nor anyone from my company purhase a ticket from Travelstart. It is unbelievable that they will charge you more for changing the return date of a ticket you have already purchased , than for a new return ticket on their website , now that they hace got you and you have no choice. Do not buy from these people. South Africans we have a right to honest and competitive prices. We do not have to subject ourselves to this kind of business !!!!!!!!
