Existent Customer Service. Literally....None

Basically no customer service. Their only contact is a WhatsApp number. They keep you waiting for 3-4 hours before they respond. If you are available as soon is convenient to them they hang up on you.

Please do everyone a favour and avoid this awful excuse for a business.
