Exceptional Service from Aime-Leigh!!!

I've been using Travelstart since 2014 booking my overseas flights & they have been my go to booking agent in South Africa.

Recently we've had to postpone an overseas trip in March/April due to the passing of a family member.

Initially it was a bit frustrating over the last month getting advice from various staff members at Travelstart not to mention the staff who are based in India who are of no assistance whatsoever. The team in India have no people skills & I have chatted to a few of them.

It just seemed like everyone did the very least to advise you & I was left feeling like very anxious after calling almost daily for a month to get updates.

I then called again hoping to get better assistance & that's when I chatted to Aime-Leigh Bredenkamp. She assisted me previously in our trip to Thailand in December 2022 & after hearing that I've lost a family member & had to postpone our trip she felt like more needed to be done than sending an email for feedback from the airline.

She told me that I need to give her an hour & she would email me with feedback. Within the hour she called the airline & got a response on my fiancé's ticket & managed to get the requests resolved then & there.

Thereafter & until now I have been receiving almost daily feedback from Aime-Leigh on the progress on my ticket requests.

I am so very thankful to Aime-Leigh for all the effort she has put in to assist me being a long time customer of Travelstart she provided the same exceptional service & always ensuring we were at ease at the end of the call or email.

Travelstart needs more people like Aime-Leigh who go the extra mile to ensure a customer is assisted to the best of their ability & isn't left anxious after a call/email.
