Exceptional customer service

I am not one to book through a travel agency for various reasons. However, if Zandile Ncube and Ntando from Travelstart were representive of the calibre of agents in the industry, I will always work through an agency. I realise they are rare treasures. What they do, how they do it has less to do with training and much. much more to do with who they are, the respect they have for themselves and pride they take in their work. Travelstart, take good care of these agents, their equal are seldom found.
