Excellent service provided by Travelstart

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Travelstart and in particular, the excellent service received from one of your agents, Mr Naasief.

What made his service such a positive service encounter is the fact that he realised how “desperate” I was to get my daughter in SA before Christmas and after 11 months when last she was here. She lives in London. Naasief sent several options to me with the shortest possible layovers in Doha and eventually the cheapest option. He did this although this is a public holiday and until the early hours of the evening.

I’ve used Travelstart a number of times before but this was by far the best service I’ve received thus far. I would be grateful if you could also thank him for this service.
