EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM TRAVELSTART - DINO.
On Friday the 27th April - Freedom Day - I had a problem with an air ticket booking which I made on my cellphone. The email confirmation just didn't come through and of course this was upsetting my whole day. Eventually later that afternoon I contacted Travelstart telephonically and I spoke to Dino. Well, what a pleasure! Dino helped me and calmed me down and within about 2 minutes my huge problem was solved. He mailed the air ticket to me and the problem was solved. What a pleasure to deal with Dino and I feel that he deserves a pat on his back for his excellent service! Thank you Dino. I will never forget what you did and the kind manner in which you assisted me.
