I would like to thank Kirsty Stern who has been incredibly helpful and responsive. After hearing negative experiences with Travelstart from different people including family; I decided to try a different travel agency. I made a mistake and paid Travelstart instead of the competitior so had to phone and sort out my mistake. The professional service and friendliness received from your consultant Ms Stern has made me change my mind and try Travelstrat again.
