Excellent Elroy

Third time's the charm! I'd tried to get a refund request processed with two other agents who apparently didn't find my request important nor urgent. On my third try, (my second follow-up) I was helped by Elroy who was incredibly helpful & pleasant and managed to process my request swiftly.
