Excellent Customer Service

<p>My mom needed me to book her a flight and time was running out, i immediatley booked online with travelstart, i was experiencing some delays and called in to their call centre where an amazing agent Dino assisted me, he provided me with his email address where i could forward my proof of payment directly to him, he also followed up with me as promised within moment my moms flight was booked and i received the tickets and yes some people will say that was his job but in todays world customer service has somehow gone out of the window, but this guy went out of his way to assist me and its been a long time since i've received such great customer service. I will definitley be using Travelstarts services from now on. Well done Dino and THANK YOU</p>
