Erroneous booking with no compensation
Really disappointing service from travelstart.co.za
They made a mistake on their part, sending the wrong tickets (and they confirmed that it was their mistake). This was on the morning of my flight. I had to spend an hour of my workday to sort this out and it caused me a lot of stress. They offered no compensation.
