I experienced payment problems with regards to an online JNB HDS JNB booking. I thus contacted Erik Dedekind to assist me. He had no qualms in assisting me - even though it was already a day after I had made the original reservation. He even spoke to me in our mutual mother tongue. Eventually he got Elroy in their call centre to assist me, also in fluent Afrikaans. And what a pleasure it was to deal with Elroy. She was so professional and super friendly - as only people from the Cape can be. She managed to get the CemAir JNB HDS tickets back for my brother and for his friend. KNAPGEDAAN ELROY!
