Endless call centre waits and impossible to change flights
I opted for a flexible ticket but when trying to change a flight I got no updates and endless waits on the call center (17 minutes yesterday and 30 minutes today until I gave up)
I am due to fly tomorrow and have still not received confirmation of whether my flight change is confirmed.
