Empty promises by Travelstart

I booked 3 ppl tickets to and from Port Elizabeth for SA AIRLINK through Travelstart. When I booked I gave them a double barrelled surname. They only put one surname. I booked for payment of any changes, insurance, pre booking of seats extra payment for 5kg each persons load of baggage. Only to realize they provided me with seats I didn't book. Luggage was more with 6kg, we had to carry other bags along and had to pay R2350 for correction of my surname
