Emergency Number

I made a mistake with a booking that I made at night and whilst phoning every number in the book I came across their emergency number. I thought I was going to lose all my money, but I ended up speaking to a lovely lady named Corniel I think. She was amazing and managed to cancel the booking just in time for me to get a refund. I wish I was sure of her name because I literally created an account just to leave a good review of her. I can now fix my mistake with a new booking and I will be booking with Travelstart again!
