What a blissful, breath of fresh air. Elroy - you saved my butt, at 19:30 at night, you were assisting me like a beast, all matters resolved in 30 minutes and not an ounce of attitude. Elroy WANTED to help me and did SUCH a super job, all my stress and anxiety melted away with the wonderful help I got from her. I am so grateful to you!!

I wish all service providers could take a leave out of your book, really, in this day, where service delivery is so super k-k, I am blown away by how smoothly this went.
