Elroy Rocks!!
If I could rate individuals, I'll rate Elroy Rooi a big 5 but a 1 to Travelstart. You can't call, and they take hours to revert on WhatsApp even during emergencies. It's also sad that they don't guide clients on what to expect/prepare when traveling outside the country.
