Elroy is the best!!!

I booked 3 tickets online on 23-4-25. I am an Indian citizen. Unfortunately the payment didn’t go through and I subsequently called thei Travelstart contact centre and spoke to Elroy would sent through a payment link. That too didn’t work and another call later Benjamin tried to assist and advised that I needed to go into the bank to effect payment. It was almost 5pm and I asked him to hold the booking and would do it first thing 24–4-25. He said “I’m unable to hold the booking you need to call back tomorrow before you go to the bank and see if the fare increased!” I found him to be unhelpful and quite dismissive. Then moments later Elroy called and I explained what happened and he was very courteous and efficient and said he would hold the ticket (which helped). Payment was made 24-4-25 and Elroy called this morning to say he received payment and would issue the tickets. He was very helpful and polite (despite the language barrier) and I would recommend his services anytime!
