Easy to book flights, terrible service

Booked flights to Greece thinking I got a good deal. Little did I know the hassle that would follow. BA cancelled the outbound flight to Greece basically leaving us stranded. I had to call Travelstart multiple times with no luck. Tried to use the contact form on the website, again it took time to get a response. The options presented to me didn’t make sense so I had to change my itinerary and basically sort out my own outbound flight - which failed since prices skyrocketed in EU. Weeks later I’m browsing BA’s website only to my annoyance to find out that the very same outbound flight to Greece is now openly advertised as being available. Tried to contact Travelstart again to reinstate my original booking and no surprise - I’m ignored. My trip is merely weeks away and I don’t have an outbound flight to the final destination and I have a ticking time bomb of limited time to sort out a visa. Do us a favor Travelstart - do better on your service and actually give your customers get a good experience
