Duplicate booking unresponsive call Centre

I booked a flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg and the booking went through twice for the same flight....call Centre number ********** 300 no answer these are the reference numbers DCPNWG AND JJAJHX, the first transaction declined due to insufficient funds and once I loaded funds on my account the app requested that I do a booking again. The call Centre there is no answer, what a *******. Please refund for duplicate booking
