Dubious Refund Process

I am being given the run-around regarding a simple R480 refund/reversal of funds. Apparently the reversal was done on 23 Dec. Followed up with my bank, as instructed by Aviwe, again a week later, they still cant see the supposed transaction! Something is just off about this whole thing - and the several refund complaints on here, just confirmed my fears. Seems I'm in for a bumpy ride!
