Dubious and undeclared charges!! :(
I recently booked a ticket from JHB to PE with travelstart. To say i got bad service is an understatement!!! First i never got confirmation that my flight was booked i had to call in and i has two deductions on my credit card i had to call again to inquire and was told that its service fee, even though the quote i got didn't say anything about a R651.24 service fee. I still have the quote as proof. I regret ever using travel start and will most definitely NEVER use it again!!!! My advice book directly with the service provider and save yourself time money and heartache!
