Dreadful Service

This matter goes back to mid December where you debited our account and no tickets ever arrived. NUMEROUS emails, WhatsApp and FB messages have been sent. I have been contacted telephonically by a Melissa promising to resolve the matter in a "couple of days" and that was in December!! Silence since then. I have been very patient as I believed that you would “try your best” and revert to me in a “couple of days” as you promised but I have had no feedback from you. I honestly do not like to make threats but this is a very serious matter and I will post the matter on Facebook and HelloPeter and use whatever social media platform I can to get attention. Seeing all the unhappy messages posted about Travelstart on Hello Peter I certainly hope Carte Blanch picks this up.

Please call me as promised before this has to be escalated still further.
