Double charge
I have done booking - all fine The company has charged me excessively more than invoiced and when contacted to reverse their error - no one responding I used help email and what's up number provided on their website... To contact Travelstar IS IMPOSSIBLE!!! They can not take money as they wish. I have not authorize them to withdraw so much money!!!

I have written on What's up 3 hours later rep**** with 5 messages at the same time and ending with:
As you no longer require assistance, I will close this chat from my end. Bye
My request is to be refunded fir the extra charges and they are saying that will refund my ticket but penalties will apply.
OMG Is there a normal person who can help it is not small money they have taken :(
