Don't use Travelstart

I booked a return flight from OR Tambo (Johannesburg) to Düsseldorf( in Jan 2025) for March 2025 through Travelstart, with Kenya Airways. On Thursday, 20 March 2025, Kenya Airways contacted me to inform me that the leg from Nairobi to Düsseldorf had been cancelled. They rescheduled the flight for the following morning. I had numerous calls with Kenya Airways – all correspondence is attached for your reference. I also informed Kenya Airways that I was willing to return with them, but they said it was not possible. In the end, I had no choice but to book entirely new flights for both my outbound and return journey. Despite all this, I have not been able to obtain a refund. Travelstart just not willing to help me. They said they will check the status and call back.... but that never happen . ref number : ZA***6 - Travelstart PLEASE DONT USE TRAVELSTART!!!!!!!!!!!
