Don't use Travelstart

Hi my wife and I are having a terrible experience with TRAVELSTART. They failed to inform us that there is over a 4 hour delay. They had no notified us of the change, and we tried unsuccessfully to get hold of an agent, but just voice notes the whole time. We used them and paid our money, but they did not inform us of this delay, even though we had requested them to do do, for us we are for sure using a travel agency in the future where we can talk to an actual person, as they seem unprofessional. It's cost us a lot extra to wait in the travel lounge now for up to 7 hours , having arrived 3hrs before take as requested
