Don’t use Travelstart!!!

Travelstart make it impossible to cancel a flight in an emergency as they do not have a call centre to speak to an actual person. Everything is done via Whatsapp or query forms. I bought a ticket for my **** to go to Zim and she had to get a PCR test which she only received the results the evening before she travelled and they were positive. She did not have any symptoms so was not expecting the possibility of a positive result. There was no response from the whatsapp msgs and we have logged a query and today the 5th day after the departure date we have had no response. I can’t even change/cancel the return flight with the whatsapp and query options!
