DONT USE AN AGENT, GO DIRECT TO THE AIRLINES

Travelstart is pathectic. I booked a flight for 4 of us to fly to cape town and I am now not able to because of the restriction. I am unable to CALL or SPEAK to anyone at travelstart. You "whatsapp" them only to speak to a bot that says complete an online form, which I did. I also mailed only to get a response that out of R5700 flights they will refund me R276.88 after their fees, are you for real?!?!?! I DO NOT WANT A REFUND, I WANT MY FLIGHTS PUT ON HOLD!!! I have already called British Airways and placed a hold on my flights myself seeing that travelstart is nowhere to be found. I called the number that also just goes to a recording and says speak to our dumb bot on whatsapp. I have booked countless flights with travelstart, NEVER AGAIN!!!
