Don't Support This Business

There was a hassle with my payment. When this was sorted it took so long for them to acknowledge that payment had been made that I had to book another flight (not through Travelstart). When I informed them that I wouldn't be using their ticket and if they could post a credit — not a refund — they never rep****. And I'm still waiting for more than a week. So they'll hassle you for payment. But not be at all responsive when dealing with problems. Don't use this service.
