Don't ever make a booking with Travelstart.com
Don't ever make a booking with these guys. They are a bunch of snakes.
I am currently trying to revert a flight back to the original terms that they altered without any authorisation.
This is what happened:
A 3rd party made an **inquiry** about the costs of amending a flight via telephone and it was understood that a link to **confirm** any such changes would be sent via email.
They somehow took this as confirmation to change the existing flight, and, instead of sending a confirmation email, sent a email requesting payment for changes.
Furthermore, the cost quoted on the phone did not reflect with the costs outlined in the email. Thus even if any changes were authorised, they were done under false pretenses.
Currently have been trying to amend it. But be warned: Do not ever book with these garbage people, they will **** you over if they can.

Firstly, such information was provided to the third party to meet me at the airport.
Secondly, to reiterate the third party never requested a change to be made, but rather a link to **confirm** a potential change.
Finally, TravelStart is still currently failing to provide any proof that their version of events is different from what the third party (who I trust far more than Travel****) has stated.
Please send the contents of the call immediately, as already requested, so this can be resolved.
