Dont book through Travelstart. Very bad communication once booked.
It is impossible to get a hold of them once you booked. No direct phone line. Useless chatbots and contact forms that got no response. Someone moved my ticket earlier without looking at book in time and I missed my flight.

I have checked the booking and can see that you had managed to make contact with us shortly before the desired flight. I see that there was a delay with the payment process. We had reissued the ticket as instructed.
I also see that the airline had rebooked you for the 16H10 flight. I do apologize that you had missed the earlier flight, however due to the urgency of your request and the fact that you were at the check in counter the airline could has assisted with your change for the earlier flight instead of having you contact us to make the change, as you can see that they had the access and capability of making the change for you.
We have Whatsapp and emails as well as a client contact form for passengers to reach us and I do apologize that you had difficulty with this.
I am however happy that you did not have any additional charges after missing the deadline for the 13H30 flight.
