DON'T BOOK FLIGHTS THROUGH TRAVELSTART - YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR REFUND IF YOU CANCEL!!!

I had to cancel my flights to Australia on 7 February 2025, almost three months before I was due to fly. Travelstart said it would take 6 - 12 weeks to get my R10 000 refund (the flights cost R23 000). I phone Travelstart every couple of weeks (I have to hang on for half an hour every time) and am told each time that they are waiting for the airline's approval for the R10 000 refund. It is now 6 1/2 months since I cancelled with no sign of my refund.
