Dont be caught!
<p>Travelstart are a great concept but dont be caught out. I specifically selected an SAA flight and paid the higher fee on the basis that it would come with meals and drinks whcih is standard for SAA. Only once the booking is complete and you get your e-ticket do you find out that its actually a Mango operated flight.</p> <p>Well if I wanted to fly Mango I would have selected that!!!</p> <p>In fact, there was a cheaper mango flight flying the same route so Ive now had to pay more just for Mango!</p> <p>The call centre agent is useless and basically now Im *****ed. Paid more and no food or drinks.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dont be caught by Travelstart!</p>

Thank you for taking my call.
As mentioned, we do indicate on our website that the flight is operated by Mango Airlines. In these instances, when the flight number is SAA operated by Mango, the client does not need to purchase meals/snacks onboard as it is already included in the price.
I have double checked this with Mango, but will be sending you the requested email as soon as I receive it from Mango Airlines.
Please accept my sincere apologies that the colleague you spoke to earlier was not aware of this.
