Don't allow this company to blatantly ***** your money with the flimsiest possible excuse.

I paid an additional R275 for a ticket with flexible travel dates, and the wording said "this product gives you the freedom to make one date change to your flight without paying any airline penalty fees. Valid up to 24 hours prior to departure." What is NOT said is that you are expected to pay this amount purely to waive an airline penalty fee, and that you are then expected to pay "the difference between what you have already paid fo a leg of the journey and the actual ticket price", and that this "difference" is far more than what you paid for that leg of the journey, and also far more than the price of a single ticket if you had paid for a separate booking. I believe this is called ***** or theft - you choose. Can they even spell "business ethics"???
