Don't even bother - worst travel agency

<p> <span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">Worst service ever, *****, Poor customer service, HIDDEN CHARGES</span></p> <p style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #555555;">We were on skyscanner and it showed us cheap ticket options, went through to their website to place the booking and it showed the total price we were paying. after the payment was made and confirmation was showing, it showed a higher total than mentioned, and they took service charges THAT WERE NOT QUOTED WITH FINAL PRICE, ended up paying roughly about an extra 200-220 pounds for 5 people. Also, tickets were through qatar airways and it is usually cheaper for children under 15 or 16 year olds, the website charged them at adult rates.</p> <p style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #555555;">DO NOT TRUST THE WEBSITE, we are doing a legal complaint against them !</p> <p style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #555555;">Also, after taking a while to answer, the person wouldnt even appologise and said it was our fault. and we asked to speak to someone higher than him or a manager, and asked them to give us a call back, they completely ignored us and never did. </p> <p style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #555555;">Ive dealt with many tavel agents in the uk and usa. never had to deal with anything like this one in dubai. I was never asked to pay for such charges, and the total price they quote is the actual price i pay. </p> <p style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #555555;">Never buying tickets from them again.</p>
