DOES NOT ANSWER PHONES ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY - IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE CONTACT URGENTLY

Once they have your money it is impossible to contact them telephonically. Their phone just rings & rings & rings. They have UNNECESSARY RECORDED TALKING before you even have the option to select a Division such as Amend / Cancel Booking so you just never get to speak to a human to sort the problem out. For this reason I would NOT USE THEM AGAIN. CAN'T IMAGINE WHAT HELL IT MUST BE TO ACTUALLY GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR CANCEL / AMEND IN TIME !
