DO THEY EMPLOY SKILLED PEOPLE OR LAY MEN?
Do they actually employ competent travel agents and people with some type of skill to attend to bookings or is this platform of theirs merely created to frustrate the living day lights out of you? Curious because when opted to contact them directly on their contact us platform, it doesn't even recognize the booking confirmation provided to them. Really pathetic and frustrating working with this type of business.

When completing our Online Contact form one needs to use their Travelstart reference number starting with ZA0 then select the relevant category and in the message box fill in your booking query.
