DO Not Use Travelstart

DO NOT USE this company!! had a problem with Transit VISA for connection flight and was forced to utilise another airline to the one we booked. We were advised of this when we tried to check in. No assistance from Travel start! Although insurance was paid we received on offer of about 1% of the price we paid - This is NOT acceptable!
